Our Spa Policies

Your First Visit
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow ample time to check in and complete intake paperwork.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable deposit is required when booking. Cancellations/Changes within 72 hours or No-Shows will forfeit their deposit and a new deposit will need to be paid for future appointments. *Deposit can be transferred to another appointment IF 72 or more hours is given. Invoice will be sent upon booking. Appointment date/time will only be reserved for 24 hours. If no deposit is received at this time, your spot will be offered to someone else.
Appointment Reminder Policy
As a courtesy to our clients, we will send you a text message/email reminder 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. If you choose not to provide us with your cell phone number/email, we are unable to offer you a reminder. Should the appointment reminder system fail for any reason, and you do not receive an appointment reminder, it is still your responsibility to manage your appointment and adhere to the cancellation policy.
Cancellations & No Shows
We understand that unanticipated events happen in everyone’s life. To be effective and fair to all clients, we ask that you provide 24-hour advance notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice of cancellation or rescheduling or are a no-show, you may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee and/or charged in full for your missed appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. Clients with a pre-paid package will result in forfeit of that session.
Late Arrival
If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests. Abbreviated treatments are charged at full value.
Payment and Gratuity
We do not bill insurance. All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept cash, Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express, Care Credit™, and Skinlastiq MedSpa gift cards; we do not accept checks. Gratuity for your service provider is optional and left to the discretion of each patient at the time of appointment.
Services: We do not offer refunds on services rendered or Packages even if you are disappointed in the result or unhappy with the outcome.

Products: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Products may be returned for in-store credit within 7 days from the date of purchase when there is a documented allergic reaction to the product. Defective products (i.e., a broken pump) may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase for the same product only. In accordance with federal law, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on prescription products for any reason.
Provider Requests
We respect your desire to be with a particular treatment provider, but we may not always be able to meet special requests due to illness, vacations, and unforeseen schedule changes.
Practice-Patient Relationship
We love having you as a patient, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
